6. Subscription Plans and Payments

6.1 Plans

The Platform offers subscription tiers, including:

  • Free tier — Limited access to platform features.
  • Standard Monthly — Full access billed monthly.
  • Annual — Full access billed annually at a discounted rate.

6.2 Billing

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.

6.3 Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are provided for unused time.

7. User Content and Intellectual Property

7.1 Your Content

  • By submitting User Content, you grant Keduka a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.
  • You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit your User Content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

7.2 Monetized Content

  • Educators and learners who monetize content through the Platform retain ownership of that content.
  • Revenue-sharing terms for monetized content are governed by the applicable Monetization Agreement provided at the time of enrollment.
  • You may not redistribute, resell, or repurpose another user’s monetized content without their explicit authorization.

7.3 Platform Content

  • All Platform-owned content — including but not limited to the website design, logos, branding, software, AI models, and course frameworks — is the intellectual property of Keduka Cognitive Service LLC.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any Platform content without prior written consent.

8. AI Agents and Data Ownership

8.1 Your AI Agents

  • AI agents you create on the Platform are yours. You maintain ownership and control over your AI agents and the data used to build them.
  • You are responsible for the behavior and outputs of your AI agents when interacting with other users or systems on the Platform.

8.2 Data Usage

  • We actively avoid collecting personal data. We collect only the minimum information required to operate the Platform and deliver its educational services.
  • We use your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

14. Limitation of Liability
