Our Commitment

Keduka AIsCool is an AI-assisted learning platform dedicated to empowering learners and educators in the age of artificial intelligence. We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for everyone.

Our guiding philosophy, “Kedu ka?” (How are you, and how can I make your life better?), extends to every interaction on our platform.

Expected Behavior

All participants — learners, educators, contributors, and staff — are expected to:

• Be respectful. Treat others with dignity and courtesy in all interactions, including discussions, feedback, and collaborative work.
• Be inclusive. Welcome and support people of all backgrounds.
• Be constructive. Offer helpful feedback and engage in discussions that foster learning and growth.
• Be honest. Submit original work, give proper credit, and avoid plagiarism or academic dishonesty.
• Be collaborative. Share knowledge generously and support fellow learners and educators.
• Respect boundaries. Honor the personal and professional boundaries of others on the platform.

Privacy and Data Protection

As an education platform, we actively avoid collecting personal data and hold student and educator privacy to the highest standard:

• Do not share personal information. Never disclose another user's personal data, including real names, contact details, location, or academic records, without their explicit consent.
• Respect our data avoidance approach. We intentionally collect as little personal data as possible. Do not request, share, or encourage others to disclose personal information that is not necessary for the learning experience.
• Respect data ownership. Users own their data and their AI agents. Do not attempt to access, copy, or exploit another user's data or content without permission.
• Protect minors. Users must be at least 13 years of age, and those between 13 and 17 require parental or guardian consent. Exercise heightened care regarding the privacy and safety of underage learners. Never solicit personal information from minors.
• Report concerns privately. If you observe a privacy violation, report it through official channels rather than sharing details publicly.
• Honor content rights. Educators and learners who monetize their content retain ownership. Do not redistribute, resell, or repurpose their work without authorization.

Reporting and Enforcement

If you experience or witness a violation of this Code of Conduct:

1. Report it. Contact us at conduct@keduka.com with a description of the incident.
2. Provide context. Include relevant details such as dates, usernames, and screenshots where possible.
3. Confidentiality. All reports will be handled with discretion and confidentiality.

Consequences

Violations may result in:

• A private warning
• Temporary suspension of platform access
• Permanent removal from the platform
• Referral to appropriate authorities in cases involving illegal activity or threats to safety

The severity of the response will be proportional to the nature of the violation.

Scope

This Code of Conduct applies to all Keduka AIsCool spaces, including but not limited to:

• The learning platform and all its features
• Discussion forums and messaging
• AI agent interactions
• Content published by educators and learners
• Any affiliated community channels or events
